One Source Data Analyst –

Location:

Poland, Hybrid (Krakow, Quattro Business Park – 3 days in office)

We are looking for a One Source Data Analyst to ensure customer and Perkin Elmer data is complete, accurate, and accessible. The role involves collaborating with data professionals to extract data, create reports based on findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business initiatives.

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.
• Use data collection systems, analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators, locating and correcting code problems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.

• Technical expertise in data models, data mining and segmentation techniques, and data cleaning.
• Knowledge and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL, etc.), and ETL frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Very good English – minimum B2/C1 level (written & spoken).

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Experience with Data Visualization Software, preferably Power BI.
• Proficient in use of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in Alteryx or other similar software.
• Previous experience in a service organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven operational ability to visualize, identify steps and implement processes.
• Strong bias for action and results orientation, tackling tough problems with firm deadlines and championing positive change.
