** YOUR ROLE
** As a SIAM Lead, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating service integration activities in a complex, multi-supplier IT environment. You act as the key point of coordination between service providers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement.##

* Key responsibilities include:

*** Oversee day-to-day SIAM operational activities across multiple service providers
* Facilitate tactical governance, coordination, and planning sessions
* Manage escalations and ensure effective cross-supplier collaboration
* Track compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational maturity of the SIAM model
** YOUR PROFILE
**** Must-haves:
*** Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service management or supplier governance
* At least 3 years of experience working in a SIAM or multi-supplier environment
* Solid understanding of ITSM practices and service coordination processes
* Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g. Service Now)
** Nice-to-haves:
*** Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharma or life sciences)
* Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile ways of working##
