Digital Technical Architect

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Digital Technical Architect, based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area with flexibility for remote work. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing technology solutions to meet the unique needs of LEADOUS clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and teams to develop scalable architectures, integrating marketing platforms, managing technical challenges, and delivering high-performing solutions that align with business goals.

• Proficiency in technical architecture, systems design, and integration
• Experience working with marketing platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Oracle
• Strong problem-solving skills in digital transformation and platform optimization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
• Additional experience in data analytics, coding, or advanced cloud-based solutions (a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
