6AM City, LLC is looking for a Deskside Technician to provide on-site support in Miami and remote assistance as needed. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop systems while ensuring excellent customer service and incident resolution.
Candidates should have substantial experience in IT support, particularly with Windows, and must have a valid US driver’s license. The position requires the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and maintain high standards of customer service.
