• Supporting operational system support and maintenance for core health business processes.
• Administration of health benefits.
• Coordinating the release management process on behalf of HAMD to identify, schedule, and implement system changes and ensure system defects are resolved.
• Performing user acceptance testing of myCalPERS system and applications.
• Maintaining and supporting system interfaces with health and dental carriers, population health management and pharmacy benefit managers.
• Supporting file transmissions and the receipt of data exchange for business partners.
• Allocating resources for annual Open Enrollment (OE) activities and myCalPERS system readiness.
• Health data reporting, data and information asset inventorying.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three or more days onsite per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). Each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits each month. The salary range(s) listed do not reflect this reduction in pay.
