Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week) - Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
- Supporting operational system support and maintenance for core health business processes.
- Administration of health benefits.
- Coordinating the release management process on behalf of HAMD to identify, schedule, and implement system changes and ensure system defects are resolved.
- Performing user acceptance testing of myCalPERS system and applications.
- Maintaining and supporting system interfaces with health and dental carriers, population health management and pharmacy benefit managers.
- Supporting file transmissions and the receipt of data exchange for business partners.
- Allocating resources for annual Open Enrollment (OE) activities and myCalPERS system readiness.
- Health data reporting, data and information asset inventorying.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three or more days onsite per week.
