Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from a senior High School or evidence of having passes an examination for a High School equivalency diploma and four years of satisfactory full-time paid experience within a computer environment, at least one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity; or
- Education and/or experience equivalent to 1 above.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of desktop hardware and software
- Able to identify and resolve complex technical desktop problems.
- Be able to lift and move computers, printers and other devices.
- Be able to drive or use public transportation to commute to off-site locations
- Three years' experience related to above responsibilities
- Combination of A+/Network+ Certification will be accepted as the equivalent of 1 year experience.
