This is a Data Analyst role based in Canada, NC with a hybrid work setup, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The role involves creating detailed data models, generating reports, generating insights, and presenting findings to support organizational decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst will ensure data is effectively leveraged to solve complex business problems.

• Strong Analytical Skills and advanced proficiency in Data Analytics
• Experience with Statistics, data interpretation, and predictive analysis
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and visualization tools
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting data-driven insights
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in similar roles or industries is a plus
