Overview
This job posting is for our overnight shift. Times you could be scheduled to work may vary anywhere from Midnight to 8:00am, Saturday through Friday.
The Student Assistant position with the 24/7 Online Support Desk is a technical troubleshooting and customer service focused position. Student assistants provide basic technical support to faculty and students within Blackboard. Prior knowledge is not necessary, we will train you on how to use Blackboard and all related tools and systems. A qualified applicant would be someone that enjoys working with technology, has a passion for problem solving, and who brings a positive, team-focused energy to enhance the team’s collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Provide basic technical support to faculty and students within Blackboard.
- Technical troubleshooting and customer service focus for the 24/7 Online Support Desk.
- Work overnight shift with varying times from Midnight to 8:00am, Saturday through Friday.
- Enjoys working with technology and has a passion for problem solving.
- Positive, team-focused energy to enhance the team’s collaborative atmosphere.
- Prior knowledge is not necessary; training will be provided on Blackboard and related tools and systems.
