What You'll Do
As a senior marketing analyst, you will be the strategic engine behind our marketing efforts. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing and Sales leadership teams, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our overall B2B growth strategy.
- Develop and own the measurement framework for the customer journey for marketing campaigns – from initial brand awareness and lead generation to product trial and conversion.
- Analyze the efficiency of paid media, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
- Implement and manage early stage multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to accurately credit value across long, complex B2B sales cycles.
- Oversee the integration of data between Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau) to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" to track campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that communicate the "story" behind the numbers for campaign results, making technical findings accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data science
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (for example: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- At least 2 years of experience reporting in Salesforce CRM
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Master's Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration (for example: Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C‑suite or SVP‑level stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven business cases
- Experience working in a product‑led growth (PLG) environment, optimizing free‑to‑paid conversion paths

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
