Cayuse Holdings is looking for an ITSM Incident Response Analyst to support and respond to incidents remotely. This role involves managing critical events and ensuring ITIL-aligned incident management processes are followed. Ideal candidates will have strong Service Now skills and incident management experience.
Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in a Service Now environment, a high school diploma, or equivalent work experience. ITIL certifications are advantageous. This position is an independent contract with a competitive pay rate.
