About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with business teams to design, build, and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in BI tools, data modeling, and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports
  • Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams
  • Build and maintain data marts to enable advanced analytics
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to support business decisions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide effective technical solutions
  • Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and master data management (MDM)
  • Participate in the full data project lifecycle (intake, estimation, prioritization, and delivery)
  • Identify and validate new data sources
  • Contribute to strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement effort
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics
Strong expertise in
  • SQL (including advanced functions such as window functions and CTEs)
  • Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • ETL processes and tools
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with modern BI ecosystems, including data lakes and dimensional modeling
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Experience working in distributed or remote teams
  • Background supporting business stakeholders across multiple functions
