• Install, configure and commission Linux server solutions in outsourcing / managed services environments
• Deliver implementation, migration and modernization projects (on-prem and hybrid)
• Operate, administer and troubleshoot existing system landscapes (3rd level)
• Develop and improve our data center services: standardization, hardening, monitoring, HA concepts
• Optimize and automate recurring operations (e.g., patching, provisioning, system rollouts)
• Gather and translate customer requirements and run technical workshops together with our Service Management team

• Several years of hands‑on experience with Linux server administration (mainly SLES and RHEL) and strong fundamentals in networking, security and system operations
• Experience with virtualization, ideally VMware, and high‑availability/cluster setups
• Exposure to cloud and hybrid environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Scripting/automation skills:
  Bash/Shell (Python/Perl welcome)
• English skills at B1/B2 level (written and spoken) to work with documentation, tickets and international stakeholders
• Nice to have (not required):
  Windows Server/Citrix environments, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (e.g., Ansible/Terraform), monitoring (e.g., Icinga/Prometheus), Linux certifications
