  • Define product vision, differentiation, and strategic intent for RM platforms, analytics and insights.
  • Lead portfolio segmentation, use‑case definition, and value proposition development across care settings.
  • Influence short‑, mid‑ and long‑term roadmap priorities based on voice of customer, market dynamics, evidence and business strategy.
  • Lead structured voice‑of‑customer efforts across clinicians, health‑system leaders, IT and economic buyers.
  • Translate unmet needs into clear product requirements, epics and platform capabilities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, emerging technologies, regulatory trends and reimbursement models.
  • Partner with R&D, UX, data science and platform teams to shape requirements, prioritization and trade‑offs.
  • Own upstream inputs into investment cases, platform evolution and lifecycle decisions.
  • Ensure alignment across downstream marketing, regions and franchises on portfolio direction and sequencing.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to define evidence strategies, endpoints and clinical narratives.
  • Collaborate on value frameworks tied to outcomes, workflow efficiency, capacity optimization and economics.
  • Embed reimbursement, regulatory and adoption considerations early in product strategy.
  • Position RM & analytics as a core part of the broader ACM digital ecosystem, driving platform‑based thinking for scalability, interoperability and optionality.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and ecosystem dependencies that accelerate innovation and adoption.
Must Have
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of upstream product management, product marketing or strategy experience; OR advanced degree with 5+ years in the same area.
  • Demonstrated experience leading upstream product strategy for digital health, software, analytics or platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Remote Monitoring, patient monitoring, analytics platforms or digital health ecosystems.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows across acute, post‑acute and/or home‑care settings.
  • Familiarity with reimbursement models (e.g., RM, CCM, value‑based care) and evidence‑driven adoption.
  • Experience partnering closely with R&D, Medical Affairs and downstream commercial teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complexity into clear, strategic direction.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science or life sciences (optional but preferred).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in highly regulated, global environments.
  • Exposure to cloud‑based platform and API integration.
  • Track record of securing and managing external partnerships or APIs.
  • Advanced knowledge of data science and analytics techniques.
  • Prior experience in startup or high‑growth tech environments.
