Sonara Inc. is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to join a fast-paced, agile team focused on creating user-centered applications that support mission-critical operations. In this role, you'll lead design efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive the creation of scalable design systems.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead agile teams. This primarily remote role involves quarterly travel for PI Planning events and active participation in agile ceremonies.
