OUC – The Reliable One is currently seeking a Web & Digital Media Specialist to join our Marketing & New Products division.
In this role you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and updates of OUC’s digital channels, including , OUC
360, internal sites, and customer email communications. You’ll work within a ticketing workflow to complete routine web updates, digital asset changes, customer alerts, and data management tasks while supporting the Marketing business unit’s digital needs.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating content across internal and external websites, supporting marketing campaigns, creating custom webpages and digital elements, designing digital media assets, supporting email deployments, updating analytics dashboards, maintaining the customer email database, and providing urgent support during storms or outages. You will collaborate with internal departments and work closely with the Senior Web & Digital Media Specialist.
Schedule is 40‑hour hybrid:
Tuesday–Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday remote, with occasional after‑hours support approximately six times a year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web content management, digital media production, or digital communications.
- Experience creating, writing, editing, proofreading, scheduling, and designing digital content and assets—including graphics, video, audio, banners, and interactive elements.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms (Word Press preferred), email platforms, Google Analytics/Looker Studio/Search Console, and marketing automation/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and test/dev/prod environments, UI/UX and accessibility principles, SEO and performance metrics, website optimization tools, broadcast/alert systems, and AI tools for digital content creation.
- Ability to interpret analytics, communicate clearly, create user‑friendly digital content, collaborate effectively, and stay organized while managing multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (40 hours/week) with on‑site presence Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday, and willingness to provide planned after‑hours support approximately six times per year.

- Maintain and support the customer email database, including routine data management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill digital requests.
- Design digital media including e‑newsletters, social media content, digital documents, banners and interactive elements.
- Support web deployments by posting content and monitoring site activity under supervisor direction.
- Provide analytics support by updating dashboard data and ensuring accuracy.
- Support urgent or high‑priority digital communications during events such as storms or outages.
