Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

Savance Workplace is seeking a self‑motivated, hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead website redevelopment, implement SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and execute additional digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

• Website Redevelopment: lead design and rebuild of a new Savance Workplace website, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, manage updates and performance improvements.
• SEO Strategy & Implementation: develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans, conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, on‑page optimization, monitor analytics, and refine strategies.
• PPC Management: plan, execute, and manage pay‑per‑click campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, optimize for ROI, track performance, and coordinate landing pages.
• Digital Marketing Projects: support email campaigns, marketing automation, social media advertising, and content marketing; collaborate with marketing and sales teams; track and analyze KPIs.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including web design coordination, SEO, and PPC management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Experience managing website projects (preferably Word Press or similar CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem‑solver passionate about building growing digital marketing initiatives.
