IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Overview

Our client is looking to add an IT Helpdesk Technician to their IT Service Desk to support upcoming go‑lives within their clinical environment. The role is remote but requires candidates to be located in Michigan and is a contract position based in Livonia, MI.

• Provide helpdesk support for specialized queues that cannot be handled by the main service desk.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Service Now, Epic, Office 365, Windows 10, and phone systems.
• Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

• Minimum of 1 year of helpdesk or service desk experience.
• Must have a hardwired internet connection (Spectrum/T‑Mobile not accepted).

Pay range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Hybrid position in Livonia, MI. Remote work allowed from Michigan.
