Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex project data into actionable insights for our Project Development Services team. This remote position offers the opportunity to directly impact client satisfaction and operational excellence through data visualization, analysis, and continuous process improvement.

- Generate performance dashboards, operational metrics, and compliance reporting, focusing on automation and efficiency; track KPI performance, identify issues requiring attention, recommend solutions; support preparation and presentation development for leadership meetings; translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Validate data accuracy before distribution; support and improve data quality across operational systems; monitor data quality metrics; review operational workflows to identify and address issues.
- Develop solutions using native Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, conditional logic); identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate tasks with Power Automate and advanced Excel; develop and maintain Smartsheet and JLL Tracker solutions; support BI requirement development and coordinate with technical teams; serve as SME for Ingenious reporting capabilities; design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Azara.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Projects Leadership and stakeholders; demonstrate strong communication skills; provide guidance on data standards, best practices, proper data entry, report interpretation; demonstrate flexibility managing multiple concurrent requests; proactively identify issues before they arise.
- Maintain playbooks and SOPs for data collection, validation, reporting; document data flows, reporting processes, analytical methodologies; support development and maintenance of data dictionaries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence development with focus on reporting and dashboard creation.
- Prior experience with Ingenious.
- Permanent unrestricted right to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management and collaborative skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced native Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, break down complex work into actionable steps, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks, working independently, meeting deadlines.
- Strong data analysis proficiency; translate findings into actionable insights; high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of ownership and self‑motivation; represent JLL values.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Corrigo.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting frameworks within corporate real estate, facilities management, or professional services.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong background in report generation, data visualization, and presenting findings to various stakeholder levels.
- Advanced analytics skills with proficiency in data and statistical applications such as Power Pivot, Tableau, Azara.
- Skilled at utilizing JLL AI tools to automate tasks, generate insights, increase productivity.
- Understanding of data quality management, data governance principles.
- Strong skills developing and maintaining Smartsheet solutions.
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Word skills; proficient with Outlook and Teams.
