Intern Technical; MSP

This part‑time paid Intern position will work closely with co‑workers, senior technical staff, and other support staff in a collaborative, highly active, engaging environment. The position is remote.

We are hiring for the following schedules:

• 1 position – Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern (29 total hours)
• 2 positions – Monday to Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern (28 total hours)

You must live in one of the following locations to be considered for this remote position:
Kentucky, Georgia, Houston, Texas area, Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, Illinois, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania.

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
• Work in environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on‑premise technology used in the legal industry, including Microsoft, Mimecast, and Net Documents.
• Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco.
• Respond to tickets assigned or scheduled by the on‑duty dispatcher.
• Learn about our C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars—Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, and Tenacious—and incorporate them into your work.

• Rising sophomore or junior in college.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and related college major.
• Very organized and detail‑oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow‑up.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred.

The base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. The offer will take into account a wide range of factors.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
