Requirements Must have:

• We want someone with 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite development experience as a primary focus.
• You should have strong Suite Script 2.x expertise across all script types, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, and RESTlet.
• You need a solid understanding of governance limits and how to manage them effectively.
• You should have real production experience in One World and multi-subsidiary environments.
• Integration experience with Celigo or Boomi is required.
• You must hold a current Suite Cloud Developer I certification renewed within the last 2 years.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals are essential.
• You should be comfortable working with Suite Analytics Workbook and writing SQL‑style queries.
• We value business-process curiosity, especially around distribution operations such as POs, fulfillment, intercompany flow, and cash flow.
• We expect you to review existing code carefully before making changes and to respect what is already built.
• Strong communication is important, including same‑day replies during working hours and proactive status updates.
• We look for clean, maintainable code that is readable, commented, and predictable.
• A sandbox‑first approach is important, with production changes made only after testing.
• You should bring a team-oriented mindset and collaborate closely with our admin, Net Suite specialist, and another developer.

• Develop Suite Script 2.x across all major script types to support our Net Suite environment.
• Work on One World and multi-subsidiary processes such as intercompany POs/SOs, consolidated reporting, and subsidiary‑specific item availability.
• Build and maintain integrations using Celigo, Boomi, EDI, and e‑commerce connectors.
• Support item fulfillment, inventory management, drop‑ship, special order, and landed cost workflows.
• Create and maintain Suite Analytics Workbooks, saved searches, and custom dashboards.
• Review, refactor, and document our existing script library and legacy customizations.
• First learn the current system in detail before implementing changes or enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with our Net Suite admin, senior specialist, and other developer to deliver reliable solutions.

We are a multi‑entity wholesale distribution business running Net Suite One World across three subsidiaries. Our team already includes a Net Suite admin and a senior Net Suite specialist, and we are now adding a developer to own scripting, integrations, and customizations across the platform. Our Net Suite environment has years of existing scripts, custom records, workflows, and integrations, so you will begin by understanding what is already in place before making changes.

We offer a hybrid remote work arrangement in Markham, Ontario, and the role pays $40.00–$100.00 per hour.
