CAI is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support for both English and French speaking users. This full-time position will be remote, where you will handle requests via phone, email, or chat and ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Desk roles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours from 2:00am to 12:00pm EST. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k access.
