Web Designer Front End Developer

We are seeking a qualified Word Press front‑end developer to implement attractive and functional websites for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Creating very attractive and user‑friendly web designs.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Ability to convert design layouts into working HTML pages.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Maintain and improve website.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling websites, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other digital services to small and mid‑sized businesses. This is a consultative sales role—ideal for someone who understands digital marketing and enjoys helping businesses succeed online.

• Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calls, email, Linked In, networking, etc.
• Conduct sales presentations and discovery calls with business owners.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate pipeline records.

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of sales experience (B2B or digital marketing preferred).
• Strong understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (training provided).
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and hungry to close deals.
• Must be comfortable with outbound sales (email, calls, networking).
• Base pay + high commission + bonuses (uncapped earnings).
