Margle Media sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and bold execution. We’re a fast-moving, culture-obsessed digital agency helping brands grow through smart strategy, standout content, and performance-driven campaigns, especially on social.
Our team is collaborative, curious, and not afraid to push boundaries. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere and we make space for people to grow, lead, and make an impact. We move fast, support each other, and take pride in the work we put into the world.
The RoleWe’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns across our client roster. This is a brand-new role on our team, built for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about where digital advertising is headed.
The primary focus is paid social and paid search, with a strong ecommerce lean (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo). It’s also a role built for growth: as we expand into omnichannel media (Programmatic, CTV, DOOH, retail media), you’ll have real opportunity to learn those channels alongside our senior team. We’re not expecting full omnichannel fluency on day one, just a strong foundation and the drive to keep building.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Run and optimize paid campaigns that are designed to perform and scale.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution across paid social (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Launch campaigns, refine audiences, adjust budgets, and optimize based on performance trends.
- Monitor pacing, KPIs, and account health across multiple client accounts.
- Test new features, placements, bid strategies, and creative formats to keep improving results.
- Manage ecommerce tracking, conversion events, catalog quality, and pixel/feed troubleshooting across Shopify, and coordinate Klaviyo integrations to align paid media and email retargeting.
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations, and keep dashboards accurate for every client.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager, Director of Digital, and creative team on strategy, creative testing, and client communication.
You’ll also put AI to work in the day-to-day.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and platform-native features like Meta Advantage+ and Google’s AI-powered bidding) for ad copy, creative briefing, reporting, audience research, and trend analysis.
- Stay current on emerging AI features and proactively bring them to client accounts to work smarter and faster.
And you’ll grow into new channels over time.
- Build exposure to Programmatic Display (DV360, The Trade Desk), Connected TV and Streaming Audio, DOOH, and Retail Media Networks (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo), with structured learning and senior-team support built in.
- 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in paid social and paid search buying.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo (required).
- Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, CPAC).
- Comfort using AI tools in a professional workflow. You don’t need to be an expert, just curious and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail, data‑driven decision‑making, and the organization to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Agency or ecommerce experience.
- Certifications like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Klaviyo.
- UGC‑driven creative testing or CRO experience.
- Exposure to Programmatic, CTV, or DOOH.
- Track record of using AI to improve advertising workflows.
You’re curious, organized, and energized by numbers that tell a story. You like owning your accounts, spotting what’s working (and what isn’t), and moving quickly to make it better. You’re comfortable experimenting with new tools and channels, and you’re excited to grow into omnichannel media alongside a team that will invest in you.
