Stability Technology is looking for a skilled Help Desk Support Technician to join their IT team in Irvine, California. You will provide remote and onsite support to end-users, maintaining high standards of customer service while troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory, and networking concepts, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems is also a plus.
