Maximus is seeking a Risk, Quality, and Performance Analyst to monitor service quality and performance metrics for an enterprise IT services contract. This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, performance management, or risk management in IT environments.
The analyst will support ongoing improvement initiatives, compliance audits, and coordinate actions for enhancing service delivery quality. Minimum salary is $60,000 and maximum is $90,000.
