We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Support Engineer with strong Windows 11 migration experience to join our team for an onsite contract opportunity in Syracuse, NY.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite deskside / field support for end users across multiple locations
- Support Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, Desk Phones, AV equipment, Printers, and related peripherals
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support hardware/software issues
- Perform OS imaging/re-imaging, software installation, and system administration tasks
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues
- Manage and update incidents using ticketing tools (Service Now or similar)
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets while maintaining SLA compliance
- Provide user guidance and training on hardware/software usage
- Perform asset inventory and equipment relocation as needed
- Support remote offices and travel to client locations when required
- Provide occasional weekend/holiday on-call support
- Strong experience with Windows 11 migration and support
- Hands-on experience with Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure
- Microsoft Windows (including legacy versions)
- Office 365

- Service Now
- Azure
- Intune
- Active Directory (Users, Groups, Policies)
- LAN / Network connectivity
- Video conferencing systems
- Printers / MFDs / Patch cabling
- Must have a valid driver s license and personal vehicle for travel between sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
