IT Consultant, IT Project Manager

SummaryThe Service Now Platform Engineer provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends.
May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. May serve as project leader for specific projects.
- Manage and resolve issues against Service Now applications
- Advise internal teams and lines of business regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform
- Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/re‑mediation
- Maintain and improve the overall stability of the platform ensuring best practices are identified and incorporated into the platform
- Experience with Service Now best practices and understand the best solutions to remediate technical debt in the Now platform
- Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Provide training and knowledge across the platform to our internal team and external business partners
- Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform wide reporting
- Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Service Now platform engineering or related technical experience.
- Configuration and modification of the Service Now platform in the following areas IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences
- Knowledge and Experience working with Web Services, REST, JSONv2
- Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

CompensationRange
$70,000.00 - $ Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
