CAI is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide remote Level 1 technical support for English and French speaking users. Responsibilities include addressing IT support requests via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction while troubleshooting a range of issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience in customer service and technical support, with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
This is a full-time remote position offering $18.00 per hour, along with various benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
