Position: Remote Service Desk Lead - ITIL & Sec+ (Secret)

SAIC is seeking a Service Desk Site Lead to act as the primary point of escalation for customer and technician issues. This remote position allows candidates from anywhere in the United States to oversee ticket management and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in information technology or computer sciences, along with over 6 years of relevant experience. An active Secret clearance and IAT Level II Certification are also required.
