Inviting applications for the role of Field Marketing Manager/ Partner Marketing Lead

We’re seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support and execute partner-aligned marketing initiatives across key regions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with alliance partners, sales teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to drive joint demand generation, co-branded events, and campaigns that accelerate pipeline and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs in partnership with strategic alliances (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.).
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for co-branded events, webinars, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Customize national and global campaigns to fit partner-specific messaging and regional nuances.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing and sales to track performance, leads, and ROI for all partner-led initiatives.
  • Ensure brand and message consistency across all partner-facing materials.
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with reporting, lead management, and follow-up processes in systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and other automation tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing; experience with partners or alliances is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Big 4/ Global SI or Regional SI

Preferred:

  • Previous experience supporting tech ecosystem partners or working in a field marketing capacity.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing agreements and MDF (Market Development Fund) processes.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events or partner meetings.

Location and Travel

This is a remote, work from home position. Travel tends to fluctuate depending on client needs but typically very limited.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100-110K. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
