About the roleJoin our Enrollment Management Operations team as an Operations Analyst (AI & CRM). In this role you will manage technology to support enrollment operations, acting as the bridge between the department and IT. Your time will be split between managing conversational AI instances and optimizing the Admissions CRM (Salesforce).
What you’ll do AI Operational Support – 45%- System stewardship: Serve as the internal expert on AI instances, ensuring tools are accessible and performing effectively for staff and students.
- Output quality control: Test AI responses and tune prompts to align with the department’s voice and institutional accuracy.
- First‑line troubleshooting: Address user errors, login issues, and functional glitches within AI platforms, escalating to IT when necessary.
- Process documentation: Create “how‑to” guides and training materials for staff.
- User support: Primary point of contact for team members and external partners needing help with CRM issues.
- Data hygiene: Perform regular checks and audits on lead input records to ensure data integrity.
- Reporting & dashboards: Build, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards used by recruitment and management teams.
- Super User testing: Serve as Salesforce Super User, leading front‑end testing and working with ITS on system enhancements.
- Collaborate with and support the broader Enrollment Operations team on special projects, heavy cycles, and seasonal admissions goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and administer new software applications, including AI tools and CRM systems. Programming or coding experience is not required.
- Comfortable navigating, configuring, and working within CRM environments (Salesforce) and generative AI interfaces.
- Higher education familiarity: Understanding of university workflows, especially admissions and recruitment pipelines.

Expected Hours of WorkMonday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Pay Range59,600–64,000 USD per year.
