Director of Paid Media
Ever Commerce (Nasdaq: EVCM) is a leading service commerce platform that provides SaaS solutions to enable businesses to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities- Own the paid media strategy across the Ever Pro product portfolio, translating growth targets into channel‑level plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Own the full funnel—awareness, consideration, acquisition—and align spend to product performance.
- Operate as a multi‑channel operator: paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels such as Tik Tok and LLM‑based placements.
- Lead, coach, and scale the in‑house team of eight media executives, setting goals, and building a high‑performance, experimentation‑driven culture.
- Orchestrate a hybrid in‑house/agency model, managing agency relationships and scaling the model as investment grows.
- Embed AI tools and capabilities across team work streams to improve creative production, audience research, bidding, and reporting.
- Own the paid budget and ensure efficiency of every dollar (CAC, ROAS/MER, payback period, contribution to growth).
- Lead measurement and experimentation, using incrementality, holdouts, and a rigorous test‑and‑learn cadence.
- Report performance to leadership, providing clear narrative and actionable recommendations.
- Partner across product, brand, lifecycle, analytics, and finance to align paid media to product strategy and unit economics.
- 10+ years in digital/performance marketing, with 3–5+ years leading and developing teams.
- Proven track record scaling paid acquisition against meaningful budgets.
- Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic; success launching and scaling emerging channels.
- Strong analytical rigor with fluency in attribution, incrementality, LTV:
CAC, payback, and marketing efficiency. - AI‑native fluency; use of AI tools to improve work and lead a team.
- Experience building and leading high‑performing in‑house teams and orchestrating agency partners.
- Excellent executive communication, translating complex data into clear stories and recommendations.
- Preferred:
Experience in SMB‑focused SaaS, subscription, or app‑based businesses. - Preferred:
Familiarity with home, field, or professional services verticals. - Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strong bias to action in a high‑investment growth environment.
- Experience with modern martech and measurement stacks (ad platforms, bid management, product analytics, warehouse reporting).
This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Remote work is allowed; travel to corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American office locations may be required.
CompensationThe target base compensation is $170,000 to $190,000 USD per year for most U.S. locations, with final offer determined by location, market, and experience.
