Angelo State University is seeking an End User Support Technician – Student Assistant to provide on-site and remote support for faculty and staff technology refresh cycles. Candidates must be currently enrolled students, maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher, and possess a basic understanding of computer hardware.
This role involves device imaging, data migration, hardware lifecycle management, and excellent customer service, all while ensuring compliance with IT standards.
Starting salary is $13 an hour, with standard operating hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
