72cubes is seeking a WFH Chat Support Executive for our IT (SaaS) company. The primary responsibilities include answering chats and support tickets, assisting clients with their inquiries, and debugging issues. Candidates with an IT/Computer background and excellent communication skills in English are preferred.
This permanent position requires a commitment to a minimum of one year. As this is a remote position, candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
