We are looking for someone to take ownership and responsibility of the Information Technology (IT) systems, computer hardware and software systems, servers, network, and security platforms.
- Infrastructure & Systems Administration:
Managing servers, network equipment, hardware/software systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud/on‑prem environments is the core of the role. - Cybersecurity & Access Management:
The role places a strong emphasis on system security, user access controls, security monitoring, hardening, risk remediation, and supporting security awareness initiatives. - Troubleshooting & IT Operations Support: A good candidate needs strong hands‑on experience with monitoring performance, responding to system errors, maintaining backups, patching systems, and resolving user hardware/software issues.
The network admin will have the opportunity to maintain the network, servers and firewall hardware for the company. This position is flexible with 2 days of work from home.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Tallahassee, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85,000 – $100,000 per year. Health, dental and vision; generous PTO and paid holidays; up to 8% 401(k) match; annual performance‑based raise and bonus; additional profit sharing with board approval; up to 2 remote days a week after the probationary period.
