Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer
Supports development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within organization’s existing IT infrastructure. Works on problems ranging from moderate to substantial and develops solutions that enable analytics, reporting and data science insights.
Responsibilities- Work in agile product development framework.
- Implement organization’s cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance, and support of cloud architecture.
- Work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products/services, applications and solutions.
- Drive roll‑out of cloud management platforms, evaluate its performance and implement enhancements.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Mentor and coach developers.
- Perform technical leadership and ownership roles in projects.
- Ensure effective networking and security architecture for cloud resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects.
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong experience building scalable data platforms and data engineering.
- In‑depth experience with Azure cloud services.
- Strong experience and knowledge with infrastructure and security as code.
- Excellent communication, ownership, collaboration, and partnership building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences.
- Professional Azure/GCP/AWS certifications.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Experience with AI/ML.
Remote with home/hybrid options. Requires internet download speed of 25
Mbps and upload speed of 10
Mbps. Employees working from home in specific states will receive bi‑weekly internet payment. Home or hybrid employees must have a dedicated workspace that protects PHI/HIPAA information.
Occasional travel to corporate offices for training or meetings may be required.
CompensationBase pay range: $129,300 – $177,800 per year. Eligible for bonus incentive plan.
