Sr Director Analyst - Innovation and Emerging Technologies

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Director Analyst – Innovation and Emerging Technologies based in Switzerland.

This is a senior-level thought leadership role focused on shaping global perspectives on innovation across emerging technologies, with a particular emphasis on digital assets, tokenization, blockchain-enabled systems, and next-generation financial and enterprise architectures. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them understand how disruptive technologies are reshaping industries and creating new operating models. The role blends deep market analysis, strategic foresight, and executive engagement, producing high-impact insights that guide CIOs, digital leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.

You will research, interpret, and anticipate technology and market shifts, translating them into actionable guidance for global organizations. Operating at the forefront of innovation, you will influence research agendas and contribute to shaping how enterprises adopt and scale emerging technologies. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on innovation and emerging technologies, with a focus on digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, and next-generation enterprise architectures.
• Develop authoritative insights and thought leadership content that help executives understand market evolution, risks, and opportunities.
• Track and anticipate global technology and market trends, translating complex developments into clear, actionable guidance for enterprise leaders.
• Engage directly with senior executives through advisory sessions, briefings, conferences, and client interactions to provide strategic recommendations.
• Produce high-impact research publications, presentations, and frameworks that shape decision-making across industries.
• Contribute to defining and evolving research agendas by identifying emerging themes, gaps, and disruptive innovation opportunities.

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, fintech, digital assets, consulting, or advisory roles within complex global environments.
• Strong expertise in digital asset ecosystems, including tokenization, blockchain, stable coins, tokenized deposits, and related technologies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and integration of emerging technologies into large-scale organizational systems.
• Experience working with or advising large enterprises or government clients on technology strategy and transformation.
• Strong ability to analyze complex technical and market data and translate it into clear executive-level insights.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality research, thought leadership, or advisory content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of global technology and financial services landscapes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
