We are seeking a highly qualified IT Service Desk II professional to join a well‑rounded, collaborative team supporting multiple healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting executives and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level II service desk and field support across multiple locations
- Support Windows 10 PC refreshes, ERM printing, and Windows/Azure Office products
- Travel to remote offices (including Canton, NY) 1–2 times per month as needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Communicate effectively with physicians, executives, and C‑suite stakeholders
- Participate in a rotating onsite schedule, with flexibility to help build weekly site visit plans
- 5–7 years of IT support experience
- Strong Windows 10 and Microsoft/Azure product support
- Healthcare IT background preferred
- Experience with ITIL / ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred)
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP preferred
- Professional, outgoing, and team‑oriented communication style
