About the RoleCarports Anywhere located in Starke, FL is seeking a skilled and reliable Remote IT Support Specialist to provide on-demand technical support for our team. This position requires availability for a few hours a week, as needed, to address technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities- Provide remote IT support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications.
- Assist with setup and configuration of user devices and accounts.
- Ensure data security and resolve any related concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve IT needs.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as Team Viewer, Any Desk, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
This is a flexible, remote position requiring availability for a few hours per week as issues arise.
