Relativity is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Las Vegas to provide exceptional technical support to both technical and non-technical customers. The role involves diagnosing issues, developing product knowledge, and maintaining accurate customer records in Salesforce. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. A competitive compensation package is offered, with a salary range between $54,000 and $80,000.
Work shifts include a 4x10-hour schedule and a standard Monday-Friday shift for the first three months. Ideal candidates will have customer support experience and SQL skills.
