NetSuite Practice Manager – Remote​/Onsite

Role Overview

The Net Suite Practice Manager is a senior techno-functional leader responsible for building, growing, and delivering AlphaBOLD’s Net Suite practice. This role combines practice leadership, pre-sales solution architecture, and delivery oversight, while remaining hands‑on in key client and sales engagements. The ideal candidate bridges business and technology, translating client needs into scalable Net Suite solutions and ensuring commercial success, delivery quality, and long‑term client value.

• Own and grow the Net Suite practice strategy, capabilities, and offerings.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive practice performance across revenue, margin, utilization, and capacity.
• Develop reusable assets, methodologies, and industry solutions.

• Lead Net Suite sales pursuits from discovery through proposal and SOW.
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture and implementation approach.
• Define scope, estimates, risks, assumptions, and delivery approach.
• Support executive presentations, demos, and client workshops.
• Identify expansion and optimization opportunities within accounts.

• Serve as a senior advisor across core Net Suite processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Inventory, Manufacturing, Financials).
• Guide solution decisions across configuration, customization, integration, and automation.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable architecture aligned with Net Suite best practices.
• Provide governance on integration and Suite Cloud-related decisions.

• Oversee delivery quality across Net Suite projects and engagements.
• Act as escalation point for complex client or project issues.
• Ensure alignment between scope, budget, timeline, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with delivery teams to manage risks, dependencies, and execution health.

• Step into critical sales or delivery situations when needed.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and executive discussions.
• Review key deliverables (designs, estimates, plans, and proposals).
• Support troubleshooting and complex solution analysis.

• Lead and mentor Net Suite consultants and technical teams.
• Support hiring, coaching, and capability development.
• Promote delivery consistency and consulting excellence.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams.

• Stay current with Net Suite capabilities, ERP trends, and integration technologies.
• Improve delivery methodology, templates, and reusable assets.
• Promote knowledge sharing and practice enablement.

• 10+ years in cloud ERP implementations, at least 5 years with a Net Suite focus.
• Experience leading full‑cycle Net Suite implementations.
• Strong hands‑on techno‑functional expertise across Net Suite ERP processes and modules (configuration, workflows, reporting, scripting and integrations).
• Proven pre‑sales experience (discovery, solution design, estimation, demos).
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing consulting skills.

• Net Suite certification (ERP Consultant, App Developer, etc.).
• Prior experience working with common Suite Apps and partners (Avalara, RF Smart, RAMP, , SPS Commerce, True Commerce, etc.)
• In depth experience with multiple Advanced Net Suite modules (ARM, AMFG, NSPB, NSAW)
• Experience in managed services or post‑implementation advisory.
• Experience improving practice KPIs and delivery frameworks.
