Systems Administrator, Azure, Windows Server, IT Support
Location:
California HQ with regular travel to California branch locations and occasional travel to Las Vegas. Some hybrid/remote work available.
Status:
Full‑Time
- Provide hands‑on technical support across assigned branch locations
- Resolve moderate‑to‑complex technical issues and keep branch operations running smoothly
- Support hardware deployments, troubleshooting, and technology refreshes
- Administer accounts in Microsoft Entra on‑prem Active Directory
- Manage device deployment, compliance, and configuration through Microsoft Intune
- Support secure onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to endpoint security alerts and follow established response procedures
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and audit readiness
- Help maintain secure and compliant endpoint environments
- Handle escalated tickets from Tier 1 support
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Participate in branch projects, upgrades, and system rollouts
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist with implementations led by senior engineers
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during outages or maintenance activities
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or field‑based technical roles
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and on‑prem Active Directory
- Strong Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting skills
- Experience deploying and supporting end‑user devices in a business environment
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
- Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management experience
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, VPN connectivity)
- Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender
- ITIL‑aligned service desk experience
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+, or Security+
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to branch locations in California and occasionally to Las Vegas
- Comfort working onsite in branch environments as well as in an office setting
- Work in a collaborative environment where IT directly supports team members and members

The expected pay range for this role at Rize Federal Credit Union is $33.00 - $42.00/hour.
Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
As part of the hiring process, candidates who receive a contingent offer will undergo a background investigation, which may include employment verification, credit review, criminal records search, Social Security verification, and government registry checks. Candidates must also meet eligibility requirements to be bonded under a fidelity bond.
