Bank of America N.A. is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan and coordinate the execution of project and small program deliverables that require engagement of multiple teams. Responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end‑to‑end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least four years of experience working with software developers (Python and Java) to analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis; researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology solutions and helping make decisions on cost‑benefit analysis.
