Gardner White is seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud Technical Administrator to serve as a key technical leader supporting one of the company's most strategic technology initiatives. This individual will become the Director of Business Systems' primary technical partner, owning the administration, security, transport management, governance, and operational health of the SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud platform.

As a greenfield SAP customer implementing SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud, Gardner White is working directly with SAP on a highly visible transformation initiative. This role offers the rare opportunity to help build and govern a modern cloud ERP platform from the ground up while gaining direct exposure to SAP leadership, architects, and product teams.

The ideal candidate possesses hands‑on experience administering SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud environments and understands the unique operating model, governance, security, and transport processes that differentiate Public Cloud from traditional ECC environments.

• Own day-to-day administration of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud Public Edition environments.
• Manage Development, Quality, and Production landscapes.
• Support tenant administration, provisioning, refreshes, and environment readiness activities.
• Coordinate with SAP support teams and implementation partners to resolve platform issues.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and operational stability.

• Manage user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Microsoft Entra /Azure AD integrations.
• Maintain business roles, catalogs, authorizations, and access governance.
• Conduct access reviews and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Support compliance, audit logging, Read Access Logging (RAL), and security governance initiatives.

• Own transport management across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Manage Software Collections, cTMS, CBC/ATO processes, and cloud transport governance.
• Coordinate deployment planning, approvals, testing, production releases, and cutovers.
• Ensure proper sequencing and promotion of changes through the SAP landscape.
• Support semi‑annual SAP release cycles and system upgrades.

• Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, exception management, and business process monitoring.
• Track system health and coordinate issue resolution activities.
• Support incident management and operational governance processes.

• Configure and maintain Communication Systems and Communication Arrangements.
• Support integrations involving OMS, pricing, financing, delivery, EDI, and third‑party applications.
• Administer SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) subaccounts, entitlements, service keys, and certificates.
• Maintain integration documentation and technical architecture standards.

• Govern in‑app extensibility, ABAP Cloud development, and side‑by‑side BTP extensions.
• Manage Extensibility Cockpit and transport governance standards.
• Review SAP Notes, release documentation, and vulnerability advisories.
• Establish and maintain best practices for platform administration and change management.

• Manage SAP support tickets, escalations, and service requests.
• Collaborate directly with SAP Customer Engagement Managers, architects, and implementation teams.
• Participate in roadmap planning and technical strategy discussions.

• 3+ years of SAP administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience administering SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, administration, and operational processes.
