A major distributor of process materials located in Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a full-time role. The analyst will provide critical support to over 30 locations across the U.S., interfacing with users at all levels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, updating service desk tickets, and training end users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and at least two years of experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
This is primarily an on-site position with remote work on Fridays.
