LIXIL sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für fachliche Systemtests (UAT) in einem zwölfmonatigen Projekt zur Evaluierung einer Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft. Sie prüfen die Systemlogik und analysieren Prozessabweichungen in einer Produktionsumgebung mit über 3.000 Mitarbeitenden.
Ihr Profil umfasst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft und sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM. Teamfähigkeit sowie analytische Fähigkeiten sind ebenfalls gefordert. Das Projekt bietet die Möglichkeit, die Qualität von Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen aktiv zu gestalten.
