Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Agile Coach to drive Agile delivery excellence across the enterprise. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, offering hands-on coaching to strengthen Agile practices and improve delivery outcomes.
While primarily a remote position, candidates are expected to travel to Chattanooga, TN approximately 2 - 3 times a year for onsite interviews. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Agile coaching certifications are required.
