Pearson is seeking a Specialist for Service Management to support its School IT Services team. This role focuses on managing Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft cloud environments for K-12 Connections Academy.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform stability across 65,000+ devices. The position is mostly remote but will require occasional in-person support.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000, based on experience and location.
