The Technical Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering a major website rebuild for a large consumer‑product distribution company. This position requires a unique blend of business analysis expertise, technical fluency (including coding proficiency), and the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define, refine, and manage requirements through the project lifecycle.

Project Requirements Management

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand and capture functional and technical requirements.
• Draft clear, actionable documentation including user stories, technical specs, and data models.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and interpretation of requirements.

Project Planning and Execution Support

• Partner with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing cycles.
• Support execution across technical streams to ensure the successful delivery of key project milestones.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain alignment across diverse groups.
• Set and manage expectations through transparent, proactive communication.
• Identify potential risks, blockers, and scope changes early.
• Work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure delivery continuity.
• Support change management as the project evolves.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web or application development environments.
• Hands‑on coding experience, particularly with modern front‑end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, headless CMS).
• Proficient with major platforms (CMS, eCommerce, ERP, CRM), especially in system integration contexts using APIs, SDKs, or structured data transfer methods.
• Strong ability to interpret, document, and communicate technical requirements and architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experienced with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
• Highly adaptable, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving project landscape.
