You will be the primary contact for service requests, assisting in troubleshooting and maintaining effective communication with customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and skill with tools such as O365 Admin and Azure (AAD). Full-time position with hybrid work options and various benefits.
